Kirkland (East of Market) Remodel/Addition

The architectural design of this project skillfully navigates the challenges presented by a sloped, pie-shaped lot and an existing 1960s rambler. Embracing the essence of Pacific Northwest Contemporary design, the solution features striking structural elements that are both detailed and expressive. The use of multi-layered wood enhances the aesthetic, creating open and flowing indoor/outdoor spaces that seamlessly connect with the natural surroundings. This design not only honors the landscape but also redefines the living experience within.
