Can you provide architectural design services even if I choose to build with another contractor?
Yes, we absolutely offer standalone architectural design services. If you already have a builder in mind, prefer to bid out the construction separately, or simply need expert design consultation and plans for a custom home or renovation project, our talented architects are here to help. As part of the design process, we will work with you to create a Schematic Design to identify the scope, location, size and design of your home. From there, we will create a set of Construction Documents in tandem with a structural engineer. Other disciplines may also be required such as civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, arborist study, and landscape design which we will coordinate. We coordinate the permit submittal and work with the local jurisdiction to provide you with an approved permit for construction.
