Kirkland (East of Market) Remodel/Addition

This project was a speculative house for a builder interested in creating a contemporary design capturing the Northwest lifestyle. The existing foundation and lower floor level were reused for cost savings. The open floor plan combined with honest expression of materials successfully captures the panoramic lake and mountain views.
