Kirkland (East of Market)

This project faced the challenge of maximizing the western lake and mountain views while adhering to zoning regulations and the builder's budget. By utilizing the site's topography and incorporating an exterior staircase to access the top floor, we implemented a reverse floorplan layout that enhances the view and eases the ascent. The open and adaptable living spaces cater to the owner's lifestyle, while the choice of materials and structural design influences the organization and functionality of the areas.
